Contacting Us

If you contact us via our contact form, by email, or by phone, the data you submit will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your request or in case of follow-up questions. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Data Storage

To facilitate the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the website operator stores the IP address of the connection holder via cookies.

The following data is also stored for contract processing:

  • Contact details (email, phone, address)
  • Company details (VAT number, billing address)

The data you provide is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. A contract cannot be concluded without this data. Your data will not be transmitted to third parties, except for the transmission of payment data to the processing bank institutions/payment service providers, to the shipping company entrusted with the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations.

Should you abandon the purchase process, any data stored by us will be deleted. Should a contract be concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period for tax purposes (7 years).

This website and its associated provider automatically collect information in the course of website use in the form of so-called "server log files". This includes in particular:
